Santosh Bhansali has claimed the title of entrepreneur since the early age of 18. He entered the world of construction in 1995. He entered the world of construction in 1995. His in-depth knowledge and experience over the past two decades has awarded him with a command over land acquisition and development. He is the founder of Sangam Group and under his leadership Sangam has developed several infrastructural projects across Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata.

Sujit Bhansali,
CEO

Sujit Bhansali had a wide-ranging education from schools like Sanjeevan from Panchgani before taking a degree, in Bachelor of Foreign Trade from MIT Pune and an MBA from S. P. Jain Business School. He began his work with the Sangam Group at the age of 22, upending traditional approaches and bringing a strong desire to integrate latest technological innovations in the business. Sujit displayed a hands-on approach, handling the design, conceptualisation, execution and marketing of Eiffel City, a township of 1000 flats at Chakan, Pune. The father-son duo of Santosh and Sujit Bhansali make up the pillars of the Sangam Group, supporting a team of efficient, hard-working creative people that bring bold ideas to reality.

Rajesh Krishnan,
MD & CEO, Brick Eagle Group

Rajesh Krishnan is the founder and CEO of Brick Eagle Group, and drives the group's vision to deliver 1 million affordable homes. Brick Eagle has partnered with Playtor Childspaces as financial specialists, bringing in its social housing model that delivers homes for as little as Rs. 10 lakh. Using social impact investors and cross-subsidies, Playtor Childspaces can design modern and airy homes at affordable prices.

In this endeavour, he works with the CEOs of developers such as Playtor Childspaces to develop commercial objectives in line with the group’s strategy.

Kirti Timmanagoudar,
Head, Social Housing, Brick Eagle Group

Kirti Timmanagoudar heads the Social Housing division at Brick Eagle, actively coordinating developments between Brick Eagle and Playtor Childspaces. She has been responsible for conceptualizing and setting up the practice for the group. She also sits on the board of Playtor.
